1. Who is responsible

We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Kosovo (Law No. 06/L-082) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. In short

• No cookies, no tracking, no advertising, no analytics.
• Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
• The demo and the bus search run in your browser. What you enter there is not sent to us.

3. Visiting the website

When you open this website, your browser sends technical data to our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, EU): IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. The server log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Demo and bus search

Data you enter in the demo (company, buses, trips) is stored only in your browser’s local storage so that it is still there when you come back. It is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time with “Reset demo” or by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

Tracking codes and routes you search for are processed in your browser only.

5. Live location of buses

When live tracking for bus companies starts, the driver’s phone shares its location only between “Start trip” and “End trip”, and only to show the bus on the map to its passengers. We will update this policy with the details before this goes live. Passengers who follow a bus do not share their own location.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we use your details only to answer your request and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we are required by law to keep them.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get information about the personal data we hold about you,
• have incorrect data corrected and have data deleted,
• restrict processing and object to it,
• receive your data in a common format (data portability),
• complain to a supervisory authority: in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
